How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24–72 hours. Delivery typically takes 6–15 days depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Your Order page anytime.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Personalized or "Final Sale" items are non-refundable.
How do I start a return?
Email us at lamont@bizamatics.com with your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Are your products safe for pets?
Absolutely. With over 38 years of hands-on pet experience, every product we carry is carefully selected for quality and safety. We only stock items we'd trust for our own pets.
What if a product arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
